Summer evening long drink 50g €3.50 €3.00 GIN flavored te mate The popular long drink with a slightly bitter taste is a classic among refreshing mixed drinks. Some gin varieties contain up to 100 different herbs, berries, spices and citrus peels, giving each gin its very specific aroma. In our creation, the "gin tea" gets its slightly smoky note from the mate leaves. The hints of blackcurrants give the infusion a fruity, tart touch and harmonize perfectly with the other ingredients in the background. Ingredients: Brazilian mate (50%), acidified apple pieces (apple, acidifier: citric acid), aronia berries, rosemary leaves, sweet blackberry leaves, blackcurrant, flavouring, basil, juniper berries. Warning: Always use water that has just boiled and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Features: Intense and with an almost alcoholic scent Colour: yellowish Taste: Sweet, intense, aromatic Preparation 2/3 g of tea per 200 cc of water at a temperature of 100°, leaving it to infuse for 5/10 minutes. Depending on the steeping time and dosage, the result is an earthy, woody flavored brew and a dark red-brown cup.
