Large hazelnut cream catering

Our Hazelnut Cream contains 75% hazelnuts. Its very creamy texture will remind you of the inside of the chocolate bars of your childhood. ​All the ingredients are organic, and the hazelnuts are roasted and peeled by hand by us. Uses: fillings, inserts, toppings, sauces...etc. Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and heat (between 16 and 25°C ideally). The formation of oil on the surface is normal, mix the product. Directions: Take the desired amount of product and use as is. Product will not harden if refrigerated.
