CHR large format spread

Our artisanal spread contains 46% hazelnuts. It's the main ingredient in our recipe, not the sugar. It contains no added oil. All ingredients are organic. Sugar and chocolate are also fair trade. We both make it in a workshop in Malakoff (92). This product is vegan, like all our products. Uses: fillings, inserts, toppings, sauces...etc. Storage: Store at room temperature away from light and heat (between 16 and 25°C ideally). The formation of white dots of cocoa butter on the surface is possible and normal due to temperature variations. Mix the product. Instructions for use: take the desired quantity of product and use as is or make heat in microwave or bain-marie to liquefy. Product will harden if refrigerated.
