This is walnut wine as our grandparents prepared it, without the addition of caramel or various and varied additives! A tanned taste resulting from the maceration of green walnuts in wine, rounded off by the addition of grape sugar. It will accompany both starters and desserts and can add a touch of Périgord to your kitchen. To consume fresh or even with ice cubes!
