Extraction method: Obtained by macerating arnica buds and flowers in oil. Indications: It is a widely used plant, nowadays exclusively topically, both as an infusion and as a mother tincture. Topical application has always been used for hematomas, contusions, muscle and joint pain, and sprains. Warnings: Given the allergenic and irritant properties of the plant's constituents, use on broken skin and ingestion are not recommended.
