Khamaré Nourunte

Khamaré nourounté OKHAMARE is a mixture of plants for cleaning the belly after menstruation or childbirth. It will also act to rebalance the vaginal flora, itching, white discharge and to tone the muscles. In infusion, preferably remove the white thread and rinse the plants well, then boil the mixture in about 1 liter of water for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool and drink the juice all day long.
