Quince & Star Anise Jelly

A beautiful soft-textured jelly made from sweet, musky quince with just a hint of star anise. Serving Suggestions: Created to accompany game, this jelly is wonderful with venison and pheasant, and an essential with roast goose. It is also delicious served with smoked meats and terrines. We particularly recommend using it to create a jus for roast duck breast.
