Ripened cheese - Bleu di bufala (300 g)

This buffalo blue is a real specialty of the caseificio. Its thick, hollow rind has a beautiful amber-grey color. Its blue-veined paste will be melting or crumbly depending on the aging (3 to 5 months). What we love about this cheese is its taste. We find the finesse and buttery notes of buffalo milk, to which are added the spiciness of blue cheese. This bleu di bufala is available in 300 g pieces with a shelf life of around 50 days.
