An organic yellow tomato puree made from small Datterino tomatoes, with a very mild, almost sweet flavor. They are harvested by hand during the summer months according to the best traditions, on strictly organic agricultural land and part of the ARMONICOLTURA® project of San Paolo di Civitate in the Gargano Natural Park. Ideal for recipes with delicate flavors such as sauces and creams, and excellent for fish recipes. All the tomatoes in our preserves are grown according to ARMONICOLTURA® procedures and standards, controlled at each phase of work and which gives the product an authentic and incomparable taste.
