It is characterized by a mild and nutty taste. Apart from the flax plant, hardly any other plant contains such large amounts of the valuable omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid. Correct storage ensures the quality of the valuable vital oil. Please always keep our linseed oil tightly closed and in the refrigerator. Use: Due to its sensitivity to oxidation, linseed oil should only be used in cold dishes. It is suitable for dressings, marinades and dips and also enriches breakfast muesli, smoothies, yoghurt or in herb quark with potatoes.
