When the two friends Louis and Guillaume created the biscuit factory in 2012, they were keen to advocate ultra-local sourcing to offer food that was as simple as it was delicious.

What is the recipe for a planet-score B? 

First, we replaced the cane sugar with French beet sugar. 

This makes it possible to relocate production as close as possible.   In addition, the butter is now organic: the conventional butter sector is opaque and not very traceable, it is difficult to obtain information on production methods.
