It was after several months of development to find the best recipe that our barbecue sauce was born! No additives, the secret to the taste of our characteristic sauce? 

A simply smoked pepper!   In this recipe, we have worked on the quality of the tomatoes, which come from Provence. 

Unrefined organic beet syrup from Haut-de-France is used, instead of the glucose/fructose syrups usually found on the market. •Support for the organic French tomato sector grown in open fields. 

This unique shakshuka recipe is cooked in Provence using French tomatoes grown in open fields. 

We obtain our supplies directly from a group of 50 farmers in Provence. 

Part of the production can also come from another group of around fifteen farmers in the South West, depending on the quantities harvested.   This is not trivial when we know that a large part of the tomatoes present in market sauces and jars are grown in greenhouses or imported from Italy or even China, which is the second largest producer in the world.
