Ceramic Neti Pot

Dimensions: approximately 20 x 7 x 6 cm. </p><br/><br/>Tips for use:<br/><p>Fill the Neti pot with lukewarm mineral or distilled water. 

Add half a teaspoon of sea salt or fine purified salt and stir to dissolve. 

Lean over a sink and gently place the tip at the entrance to one of the two nostrils. 

Tilt your head to the opposite side to let the water flow from one side to the other, breathing only through your mouth. 

Once half the water is used, change nostrils. 

It is possible to carry out this wash every day, at most once a day. </p><br/><br/>Precautions for use:<br/><p>Before first use, clean the instrument thoroughly with hot, soapy water and clean it between each use. 

For certain nasal disorders or sinus infection symptoms, seek advice from a doctor before use. 

If you experience prolonged tingling sensations or nasal pain, stop using the Neti pot and consult a doctor.
