NEEM & FRANKINCENSE VEGAN Soap has been made using the traditional cold process method of soap making.  As with all our products we work with the finest ingredients and continue to work with UK suppliers who have a strong ethos on animal friendly products and sustainability.  We purchase organic when possible and ensure we use natural skin and gentle nourishing plant based oils in our soaps. NEEM (azadirachta indica) is a herb from the Indian Lilac tree.  It is traditionally used in Ayurveda and homeopathy.  Neem oil is extracted from the seeds. The benefits of this oil range from providing purifying antioxidants to moisturising goodness for hair and also for our skin.  I decided to create a soap that would be full of moisturising goodness and provide healing to the skin. As Neem is full of antioxidants this has proven helpful towards skin acne.  Adding the amazing benefits of FRANKINCENSE essential oil it was a beautiful duo.  Combined with the essential oil of FRANKINCENSE, which is known to have reputable soothing and beautifying properties which may help to rejuvenate skin.  FRANKINCENSE is a resin which has been obtained from the trees of the Boswellia.  It is commonly used in Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine and is known for its anti inflammatory properties.  Each bar is handcrafted and blended with BABASSU OIL, SHEA BUTTER, OLIVE OIL, CASTOR OIL, NEEM OIL, AVOCADO OIL and JOJOBA OIL.  All of our recipes (for salt & soap) have gone through an approval process by a UK certified chemist meaning that we are aligned to the relevant UK legislation.  Our soaps are handmade, therefore please be aware that unlike commercial soaps, our soap do not contain hardening agents or detergents.  To ensure you get the most out of your soap, please do not let it sit in water but use a soap tray to drain the water away and let your soap breathe.  Our soaps are made in small batches, therefore please expect slight variations in colour from the photographs which may occur. Our packaging is plastic free, 100% recyclable and reusable. The muslin soap bag is reusable and hand washable to use as you wish.  Our soaps are palm oil free, paraben free, SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) free, sulphate free and plant based, just natural nourishing oils your skin will love. We do not recommend our soaps to be used by children under the age of 3 years. DIRECTIONS: For use on hands, face and body.  Wet soap to produce a nice rich lather between your hands and apply to the rest of your body. Rinse well with water. To prolong the life of your soap bar, please ensure you use a soap dish or wire rack. Please do not let your soaps get a soggy bottom. Avoid contact with eyes. We recommend using our soaps within 6 months of purchase. Suitable for Vegans.
