Opé Pastry Stout

Beer created by and for gourmets, pastry stout is a surprising dark beer with aromas of hazelnuts, roasted pistachios and apricots.   Creamy and delicious, you could almost confuse it with a succulent dessert that would come like a cherry on the cake.

 This beer was brewed in collaboration with Vincent Vallée = Chocolate World Champion! She won the silver medal at the Salon de Lyon in 2022.
