ALFALFA A GERMER (300 gr)

Alfalfa Contains all essential amino acids and phytoestrogenic and anti-estrogenic hormones. 

Sweet and delicate flavor, it is eaten in 3 cm green shoots. 

Easy germination: “Soaking: 4 to 6 hours. "Germination time: 5 to 7 days. "Rinsing and watering: 2 to 3 times per day depending on the season. "Refrigerator storage: 10 days if necessary. 

The last two days, place the shoots in full daylight (not in the sun) so that they green up. 

Actively rinse germinating seeds every day to rid them of saponins. 

Alfalfa remains the queen of seeds to germinate. 

It is the most vitalizing, tasty and generally accepted sprouted seed of all.
