Arame

Arame seaweed, with its light and sweet taste, is an excellent choice to introduce seaweed into your daily diet. It is a dark colored, almost black wild algae; it will enhance all your tofu, tempeh, vegetable and salad dishes. It is especially rich in calcium and phosphorus. Before use, soak the arame for 10 minutes in cold water to rehydrate it, it will double in volume.
