BREAD CRATES (20 kg)

Bread ground into very fine crumbs used to bread food. For breading various foods, e.g. sliced tofu or seitan. In three containers, put separately: flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Coat the slices successively in these three elements and in this order. Fry and serve with lemon slices and teryaki.
