RYE FLOUR 100% demeter (25 kg)

100% rye flour (T170) of Demeter quality To be used mixed with wheat flour to make bread, (1/3 rye & 2/3 wheat), sourdough and lukewarm water. Knead together for 15mm to form 1 ball of dough that is not too hard. Leave to rise for 3 to 4 hours at room temperature, the dough should double in volume. Form small loaves, bake at 230°. By tapping the loaf at its base, if it makes a hollow sound, the bread is done!
