LARGE BUCKWHEAT FLAKES (500 gr)

Buckwheat is the cereal of Eastern countries, powerfully remineralising. Very easy to digest, gluten-free, buckwheat is therefore an excellent source of minerals and vitamins, it contains all eight essential amino acids as well as plenty of magnesium and calcium. Pre-steamed buckwheat flakes are very convenient and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. Cakes: mix 180g of buckwheat flakes with 85g of melted butter, 3 spoons of honey, 2 whole eggs, 8g of baking powder, 30g of pine nuts, 25g of sultanas, 50g of ground almonds and 125ml of rice milk vanilla. Mix well, pour into molds and bake for 20 minutes at 180°.
