INSTANT BUCKWHEAT FLAKES (250 gr)

Buckwheat is the cereal from Eastern countries, powerfully remineralizing, very easy to digest and gluten-free. 

Buckwheat therefore constitutes an excellent source of minerals and vitamins, it contains all eight essential amino acids as well as plenty of magnesium and calcium. 

Instant buckwheat flakes are whole buckwheat flour pre-cooked and reduced into flakes. 

They prepare quickly.    Energy breakfast: lightly heat a little rice milk or soy milk, pour into a bowl. 

Add the flakes while gently whisking the mixture until the desired consistency. 

Sweeten with a little rice or agave syrup and sprinkle with soaked and drained dried fruit.
