SPELLED FLAKES demeter (25 kg)

Spelled is an old variety of wheat which is characterized by a high protein content. Steamed wholemeal spelled flakes are very practical and easy to use. They are eaten at breakfast, added to soups, in the dough to make vegetable pancakes, cakes and breads. Crepes with flakes: mince 1 white leek, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 clove of garlic, chop 1 bunch of watercress. Add 4 whole eggs, 100 g spelled flakes and finely chopped young onions. Mix everything, salt. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a frying pan, ladle portions of the preparation, let brown on both sides.
