Flaxseeds are a great source of omega-3s and provide good support for intestinal transit thanks to their soluble fibres. It is recommended to grind them in order to derive all the benefits. For some people golden flaxseeds have a more pleasant taste than brown flaxseeds. LINSEED In order to best take advantage of all the benefits of flaxseeds, they must first be crushed. It is recommended to add 2 or 3 tbsp. at s. from crushed seeds to cereals, yoghurts and salads. Flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids HDL (good cholesterol).
