CORAL LENTILS (25 kg)

Lentils are very interesting legumes. They are very rich in vegetable proteins and fibers, as well as in minerals and trace elements (phosphorus, iron, manganese, copper, folate, zinc). They are more digestible than other legumes and have a shorter cooking time. Rich in lysine, they are complementary to cereals, they improve the balance of a meal based on a cereal and vegetables. These are peeled lentils (hence their color) that cook very quickly. Dhal: Boil a liter of water with 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of cumin and sweet paprika, 50g of tomato puree, 3 fresh tomatoes in pieces, 2 sliced onions. Add 300gr of lentils and boil for 20 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and garnish with chopped cilantro.
