This muesli without added sugar is made from toasted whole grains which provide slow sugars for lasting energy, as well as dried fruits and oilseeds for immediate and lasting energy throughout the morning. With buckwheat and soy flakes, this mixture will be particularly suitable for athletes. Composition: oat flakes, toasted wheat flakes, toasted rye flakes, toasted rice flakes, toasted barley flakes, kasha, small pieces of dried apples, toasted soy flakes, millet flakes, toasted sesame seeds, sunflower and 25% dried fruits (hazelnuts and raisins). To be enjoyed with rice or soy milk for a boost of morning energy.
