WHEAT BRAN demeter (1.5 kg)

Bran is one of the richest parts of wheat. It is a source of multiple minerals and trace elements (phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, zinc, selenium and copper) as well as vitamins (B1, B3, B6 and E). Wheat bran is also an excellent source of fibre, thus improving intestinal transit. Wheat bran can be used in many ways: sprinkled in yogurt, compote, soup... It can also be added to bread, cake, cookie, pie dough or in vegetable pancake preparations . Wheat bran can be sprinkled on cereals, mixed into fruit juices, added to cookies, cakes, muffins and breads, or used as a breadcrumb for frying. It is often recommended for its laxative properties: wheat bran contains cellulosic fibers which improve intestinal transit.
