Palais de l'eau was founded by Conchita van Doorn; a mother of two from Amsterdam. While she was juggling to get her 4 month old baby out of the bath and at the same time wrap it in a towel, she had a hunch… There had to be a way to keep her baby warm, safe and dry without all the bumbling. The idea for the baby bath towel from Palais de l'eau was born!
The baby bath towel made bathing her baby the experience she had in her head beforehand. This is how the hassle that used to be reality disappeared. The baby towel was soon expanded with other products that make moments such as swimming, bathing and a day at the beach a lot more fun. However, Conchita was not finished with her ideas and had an entire vision for Palais de l'eau in her head.
