Amethyst & Magnesium Bath Soak

A relieving mix of three salts to soothe muscles and naturally aid a restful sleep; calcium-rich Himalayan salt, coarse sea salt, and Epsom salt – a mineral with a rich history in effective folk remedies through its high magnesium content, an essential mineral for sleep and muscle recovery. This mineral base is infused with smooth and meditative amethyst to spiritually reset, then enhanced with calming notes of organic juniper berry, petitgrain, bergamot, and clary sage whilst natural lavender buds work to harmoniously relax the mind and body, aiding a comfortable and restorative night’s sleep. Hand-blended on the full moon and allowed to infuse for at least one lunar cycle.
