TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Appellation: Mondeuse de Montagnieu AOC Maison: Maison Bonnard Grape varieties: 100% Mondeuse, native grape variety of Bugey. Area of origin: Crept, Bugey Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic. Traditional soil cultivation, natural grassing. Vinification: Manual harvest, 85% destemming.
