ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 500ml

Ours is an extra virgin olive oil rich in important nutritional properties, which takes strength from the lands of the Iblei Mountains. It comes from our selected olives, harvested from the plant at the right degree of ripeness and softened immediately. The varieties of olives we use, such as Moresca and Verdese, give the oil an intensity of fruitiness, a hint of sweetness and a spicy sensation that enhance all dishes: from bruschetta to fish, from salad to soup.
