Organic Rigatoncini

The organic Rigatoncini are an artisan organic short pasta format obtained from organic durum wheat semolina of the Russello variety, grown in Sicily and milled without removing the germ. Rigatoncini lend themselves well to being seasoned with any sauce: we suggest all simple tomato-based sauces or with added vegetables. Excellent even if au gratin in the oven.
