Size: 28cm x 14cm x 3.5cm Cutting board (small format) in Normandy beech, handcrafted in our workshop in Normandy. A deep groove runs all the way around to catch food juices and two handles underneath are for carrying the board easily. Why beech wood? Beech is a particularly dense wood that is naturally antibacterial and antifungal, which gives it all the possible qualities for food contact.
