Beetlewing Silk Pocket Square

A 'knitted' pocket square to complement all colours in your wardrobe, this design is hand-knitted then printed onto luxurious silk and hand-finished with rolled hems. This gorgeous accessory creates a stunning trompe-l'oeil effect of texture, but not exactly what it seems. This square combines variants of magenta, copper, orange, gold and purple to produce a unique layered colour effect, knitted but on silk. Reach out to touch it thinking it is wool, only to find it is in fact smooth silk.  This design is inspired by the iridescence of a beetle's carapace as it basks in the sunlight.
