Produced with a true artisan technique on the hills of Parma, our cooked ham is a high-quality, soft and velvety cured meat product. It is characterized by the particularly delicate aroma and the soft pink color of the slice. Our cooked hams are obtained from 100% Italian national pork thighs selected with care and experience to obtain a high quality product with a unique flavor that respects the natural taste of the meat. The thighs are then mixed with spices and placed in a mold to be cooked. The product is then prepared, packaged and pasteurized. It is a unique product, with a high protein content, and therefore has a wide use, for all situations that can be enjoyed during the aperitif and meal. It pairs well with a sparkling red wine, such as the local Lambrusco or similar wines.
