Chicken confit in Dohatsu olive oil

The first preserves Dohatsu inspired by our grandmothers' chicken pot. 
In this recipe, the chicken fillets are cooked in broth before being preserved in extra virgin olive oil. 
Of Spanish origin, we chose it for its fruity taste which reveals notes of artichoke and a delicate flavor of olive leaf. HASBoth simple and healthy, this recipe is rich in protein and low in salt. 
Like Dohatsu broths, our preserves are only cooked in an artisanal manner and in small quantities. 
All ingredients are natural and organic, with no preservatives, no colorings and no artificial flavors.
 This recipe is ready to use and does not require reheating. 
It is ideal for eating on the go, improvising a picnic or preparing a take-away meal. 
Candied chicken fillets can enhance a salad, serve as a quick and healthy snack for your children, or even accompany a slice of bread and a good mayonnaise. 
Once opened, it can be kept refrigerated for 6 days.
