Koulouraki Cinnamon - Greek Handmade Butter Cookies

In Greece we name “koulouraki” all the baked treats that somebody would call cookies. The braided version though is considered a classic. In this version we used cinnamon , cuisine's favourite spice in Southern Greece and especially in Peloponnese. Local cooks often "sweeten" their savoury dishes by adding some cinnamon and raisins, giving them a hot, spicy flavour. 115gr
