This product is only served in Spain, Portugal and France. Iberian acorn-fed sobrassada. Unctuous product, made with lean, fatty pieces (jowl, bacon) and selected paprika (from Vera, with a touch of smoke, and from Murcia, with fruit nuances), finely chopped and stuffed in natural casing, with our own recipe. Dried in a brazier of oak firewood, and cured in a natural dryer for two to three months. Products traditionally made with 100% top quality raw materials.
