We founded this company to help Filipino farmers and craft-distillers in the Philippines increase their income and expand their market in Europe. Also, to be recognized that we also have our own pre-colonial wine making culture just like any other cultures in the world.
But due to the country's terroir, it is hard to produce grape wines, so what do our ancestors did instead, create wines from the liquids of tropical plants like coconut and sugarcane. Just recently and because the Philippines is a premier exporter of mangoes, a mango wine. No grapes, no additives, no sugar added but just pure coconut nectar, pressed mango liquid and sugarcane juice produced using yeast from France and filtration equipment from Napa Valley, California to create a world class wine as an alternative to the usual.
