More than 30 years ago, our founder Carola faced a simple problem: she needed to pee but could not find a suitable solution.
What existed were only large floor pots or small potties for children.
Out of this frustration, the Pipinette was born – a Scandinavian-designed, portable solution that women can use while standing.
Carola founded Pipinette AB to create products that give comfort and confidence, when nature calls. The business began in her Stockholm apartment and grew in close cooperation with urologists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
The name Pipinette comes from the word "pipi," a friendly expression for urinating in many languages.
Today, the company is run by Carola's daughter, and we continue to offer the same practical solution – now to customers across Europe.
