For making hot chocolate, or to be used as an ingredient, in a 1.2kg tub Suitable for foodservice or zero waste shops. In a café environment, mix one 25ml scoop (provided on request) per 8oz serving into a paste with a little boiling water in your mug, before adding steamed milk.
