Pixels in green is the name of my creative studio.
My name is Monique Dessing and I make illustrations for greeting cards and mini posters. My designs express my love and respect for nature. Animals and flowers play the leading role.
The design process usually starts on paper with pencil sketches or pen drawings. I further develop these with watercolor paint or I edit them digitally in Photoshop, Illustrator or Procreate into illustrations. They are then printed on 300 gram Biotop paper. This is a matte, uncoated paper, produced from waste wood. It is bleached without chlorine and contains no optical brighteners.
