Organic buckwheat - 5kg

Buckwheat is not related to our grain. It is a knotweed plant and therefore naturally gluten-free. Planet Nature's organic buckwheat contains many minerals and has a high iron and protein content. The organic buckwheat also has a nutty taste. Briefly boil buckwheat in double the amount of boiling water and let it steep for about 15-20 minutes. May contain traces of gluten, lupine, nuts, sesame and soy due to production.
