Non-alcoholic Amaretto Aperitif Our non-alcoholic Amaretto Aperitif has the typical marzipan-like taste. This is mainly due to apricot and vanilla. But it has more to offer than just taste. The smell alone convinced us during the tasting. So much so that we at POLLY would love to bathe in it. It's good that we are sitting at the source. Recipe idea:For an Amaretto Sour, shake 5 cl Amaretto Aperitif, 3 cl orange juice and 2 cl lemon juice with ice in a shaker. Greetings!
