As soon as the harvest has started, the oil is already in the bottle. Our early filling is something very special: strong in taste, naturally cloudy, fruity and incomparably fresh. The perfect extra virgin olive oil from Greece for salads and antipasti. Anyone who has experienced it will know what we are talking about: nothing electrifies people who live in a region where mainly (oil) olives are grown more than the first drops from the new harvest. As soon as the first farmers have pressed their olives at the beginning of November, we start looking for the best, the best among the “early ones” – just like with our “normal” oil. We are then spoiled for choice between very green, naturally cloudy, almost viscous and creamy oils that are incomparably aromatic. The proportion of turbid matter that settles on the bottom of the bottle varies (between 5 and 20 mm). We recommend shaking the bottle before each use.
