Wheat germ, which is obtained by grinding pure wheat, is extremely nutritious. Rich in proteins, fats, amino acids, minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and fluorine) and vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, B3, B6). Of all the foods, wheat germ is the one that, comparatively, offers the greatest amount of vitamin E (0.6g vit E/ 100g germ oil), being a powerful antioxidant and cardiovascular protector. After brewer's yeast, it is the food that contains the most folic acid, it is also high in protein, vitamin K and traces of zinc, copper, manganese and selenium. Due to its polyunsaturated fatty acids, it is hypolipidemic, indicated in arteriosclerosis and hyperlipidemia (excess fat in the blood, risk factor for arteriosclerosis and pancreatitis). How to use: Take 3 to 4 pearls a day with meals. Keep in a cool and dry place.
