Rosemary Honey can be eaten alone or dissolved in hot or cold drinks. It is the perfect ingredient to make salad dressings, especially for green leafy salads, and the ideal accompaniment to light dairy products such as fresh cheese or yogurt. It is also perfect to use as a sweetener in fruit salads. It combines perfectly with desalted or fried cod and with lamb dishes. Our Rosemary Honey is collected in early spring in chalky areas in the centre and southeast of the Iberian Peninsula.
