Nervousness - Anxiety - Stress POE n°7 combines catalytic trace elements (Mn) with Orange Blossom to regulate nervousness, soothe anxiety, balance sleep and promote concentration. This trace element preparation is indicated in case of stress, emotionality, irregular sleep, lack of concentration or during exams. POE n°7 is balancing diathesis n°1 (Hyperenergetic). Before or between meals, take one dose undiluted (using the plastic spoon provided), keep under the tongue for 1 minute and then swallow. Shake before use.
