Stress - Anxiety - Nervousness - Morale POE n°11 combines trace elements (Mn) with extracts of Hypericum (St. John's Wort) to fight against nervousness, anxiety, stress and low morale. It also helps to get back to sleep. This preparation in trace elements is particularly recommended during the weaning period. POE n°11 is balancing diathesis n°1 (hyperenergetic). Before or between meals, take one dose undiluted (using the plastic spoon provided), keep under the tongue for 1 minute and then swallow. Shake before use.
