What is Protiplan?
Protiplan is a low-carbohydrate protein diet (or protein diet) that is based on a low-carbohydrate and high-protein lifestyle. With the low-carbohydrate diet (or low carb diet) you can lose weight effectively by reducing carbohydrates in your diet [1]. Normally, your body gets energy from carbohydrates to do your daily tasks. When your body does not have enough carbohydrates, your body will get energy from fat. This causes your body to switch to fat burning.
