The pear-shaped, red-yellow cashew fruit bears the tasty kernels on its underside, which are also known as "elephant lice" and, due to the widespread English spelling "cashew", are mainly sold under the name "cashew kernels" or "cashew nuts". Our cashews come from organic farming in Indonesia and are selected and cracked by hand. In order to guarantee the best raw food quality, the nuts are not exposed to high temperatures, which not only protects the valuable ingredients, but also preserves the real, natural, nutty taste.
